Book Your Vacation
- Click "BOOK" in the top right-hand corner and a dropdown menu will display several options.
Most commonly searched:-
- "Exchange" (using your points)
- "Last Call" (deeply discounted weeks for purchase)
-
- Click a vacation type to begin your search. The "Search for a Vacation Page" will pop up, you’ll initially see the number of resorts and available units worldwide.
- The search options are located at the top of the menu options for you to change the type of vacation you’d like to search for.
- On the left-hand side of the page is a menu of filters you can use to narrow down your search.
- The destination related filters are first and they allow you to define the geographic area you wish to search. You can click on the filters or click the area on the map to the right, either method will get you to the same place in the end. When you click on the area you’re interested in the number of available resorts and available units will update at the top.
- Note: when you click on the destination filter or the area on the map you are interested in it, will be added to the top of the page where you can click on or remove the filter. Whenever a filter is added or deleted the search results update automatically.
- Note: when you click on the region you are interested in more filter options become available. Filter options will differ depending on which region you click on.
- Once you determine where you want to go, you can determine when you want to go using the date related filters on the left-hand side. You have a couple of options; you can select a specific check-in date range or for something more flexible a check-in month. The check-in month filter displays all available check-in days within the selected month. The check-in date range filter provides more options.
- You’ll notice that points range and check-in date range are shown in each listing.
- When you click on available units you will see the specific check-in dates that are available.
- There is a third date related filter that affects what inventory you will see, Number of Nights. Selecting 1-6 nights or 7+ nights display RCI Points inventory only, since Weeks inventory is always for 7 nights. Selecting 7 nights displays RCI Weeks inventory as well as points inventory with at lease 7 consecutive nights available.
RCI Points inventory can be booked for any number of nights (subject to availability and resort policies) and becomes available 10 months in advance.
RCI Weeks inventory is always for 7-night stays and may be available up to 2 years in advance.
- Click "BOOK" in the top right-hand corner and a dropdown menu will display several options.

Another Way to Define Your Search
Use the Map View.
You can zoom in and out using the plus and minus buttons located on the bottom right-hand side of the map. Clicking and dragging will reposition and move the map. When you hover over a country it will show you the available resorts. Click on the country to have the map go into a closer view of the region. Click on the region to show the available inventory listings or you can continue on the Map View and click within your chosen region to continue to narrow down your search.

Filters
These filters help you narrow down your search based on your interests.
-
Vacation Types & Resort
- "Vacation Types" and "Resort Activities" filters can help you narrow down your search depending on your interests.
-
Resort Amenities & Unit Size
- The "Resort Amenities" filter is more about the infrastructure of the resort. If you’re looking for something in particular such as pet friendly or an on-sight health club these filters can be helpful.
- The "Minimum Unit Size" filter lets you specify what size unit you need whether it’s a one bedroom or two bedroom or whatever size you are needing.
-
RCI Awards & Member Reviews
- There are two different filters that let you specify the quality of resort that you want, "RCI Awards" and "Member Reviews". "RCI Awards" have 3 levels; Gold Crown, Silver Crown, and Hospitality. You can select the minimum level that you deem acceptable. There are resorts that don’t have any of these ratings but that doesn’t mean that they’re of lower quality.
- Checking the "Member Reviews" can help you determine if a resort is suitable for your needs. We recommend you read the most recent reviews as they will tell you the most current state of the resort.
- Nearly all resorts photos and videos are available within the "Media Type" filter. You can also find photos and videos of the resort within the resort listing.
-
All-Inclusive Vacations
All-Inclusive vacations include all your food and beverages and often onsite activities in one place which is typically charges per person per day. In some cases, these can be good deals but in others they can be very expensive.
Make sure you check the All-Inclusive fees in the resort listing so you know what you’ll be getting and how much you’ll be paying for it.
The "All-Inclusive Available" filter shows resorts with both mandatory and optional all-inclusive packages and excludes resorts that don’t offer an all-inclusive option. The "All-Inclusive Not Required" filter eliminates resorts that are mandatory all-inclusive. -
Priority Access Inventory
RCI Platinum members have access to special "Priority Access Inventory" that RCI acquires at times. This may be non-traditional inventory at hotels, condominiums, and other locations. The "Priority Access Inventory" filter limits the search to just these opportunities.

Tips & Tricks
-
Filtering Notes & Suggestions
- Filters very by the type of vacation. Some types of vacations have different types of filters – only Exchange Vacations have the "Number of Nights" filter and Extra Vacations have an "Additional Price" filter.
- Try to avoid over-filtering. You may get very few results and you could miss out on a great vacation.
- Less is more- filter for what you NEED first and then look at the resort listing for additional things that may appeal to you.
-
Save Your FavoritesIn the top right-hand corner of the page you can save your search to Your Favorites by clicking on "Add This Search To Favorites". You can find your favorites in "My Account" under "My Favorites".
