Reminder: Annual Owners Meeting
You are invited as an owner The InnSeason Vacation Club Annual Homeowner's Association to be present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting of Owners, which will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at InnSeason Resorts Corporate Offices, located at 75 Perseverance Way, Hyannis, MA 02601 for the following purposes:
Owners are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Owners and all adjournments thereof. Since a quorum of owners is required to transact business, all owners are urged either to attend the meeting or to be represented by proxy.

Billy Curran, IncumbentQualifying Experience: With more than 45 years of timeshare marketing, sales, development, and management experience, Billy Curran is the founder and CEO of InnSeason Resorts, a new brand of top quality vacation resorts and
companies, serving the New England market with more than 500 employees and associates. As an entrepreneur, Billy founded Curran Management Services, Inc. in 1988, the region’s top-producing timeshare marketer. He is the developer of Captain’s Quarters, Surfside, HarborWalk, The Falls at Ogunquit, and Pollard Brook.
Objectives: His objective as a Board Member is to ensure the resort’s long term financial stability and to continually improve the quality of the resort
accommodations, facilities, and services for Vacation Club owners. -
Col Tulien
Education: High School Diploma from TechBoston Academy graduated 2008 and Economics Degree from the University of Vermont graduated in 2013.
Qualifying Experience: Experience Worker in many different industries with over 10 years’ experience. Can succeed in fast-paced and detail orientation environments. Work well on teams or in individual work and easy to train. Earned a Cisco Computer Hardware Basic Certificate, Compass Computer Camp certificate and Cisco Internet Of Things
Transformation Certificate.
Objectives: To seek a position in company where my insights on change can make a difference to help the company grow and expand. I also want to help with marketing because without customers a company cannot succeed. I also want to enrich my mind a take on new obstacles that I have not faced before in my life. -
David Levy
Education: BS Geology - University of Louisville - 1981 MS Geology - University of S. Carolina – 1983
Qualifying Experience: Over 40 years executive experience in business, primarily focused on software technology in life science. Part of the Sr. Management team of two start ups (one still in process). Excellent problem solving skills and project management capability. My LinkedIn profile is below.

Objectives: As an Inn Season owner for over 30 years, my wife Rhonda and I have visited many of the Inn Season properties and tried RCI exchanges (some good, some not so good). We value our Inn Season ownership, we visit Falls at Ogunquit most summers for a week. Now that I am largely retired, I would like to help ensure the long term viability of the club and play a role in making Inn Season properties more attractive for owners and new members.
