William E. "Billy" Curran
Chief Executive Officer
A sales and marketing executive for 25 years, Billy was the founder of Curran Management Services (CMS), a successful family business based on Cape Cod in Massachusetts . Strong customer-oriented marketing and great enthusiasm have become his hallmarks. Billy Curran has owned and operated a premier telemarketing business - with offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire - for the past 15 years. In addition, he has developed three spectacular resorts in New England that together employ more than 350 people. Many of Billy’s brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews work in positions throughout CMS and its affiliates. Since 1997 CMS’ marketing division has grown to become the region’s top producing timeshare marketer, generating more than $370 million in timeshare sales for its resorts and others.

Dennis M. Ducharme, RRP
Ducharme is a 35-year veteran of the hospitality industry with experience in project planning, development, and finance. He entered the resort development industry in 1985 on Cape Cod. In 1993, he began serving as the Development Partner of Pollard Brook Resort, responsible for all aspects of real estate development, including property acquisitions, product design and construction, lender relations, operations, asset administration, and resort information systems. Today, InnSeason Resorts Pollard Brook is New Hampshire's largest purpose-built vacation ownership resort, is planned for 350 units, and is one of InnSeason Resorts signature properties.

Currently, Ducharme is developing a deluxe, 170 unit, fractional mixed-use resort hotel at the base of Loon Mountain, in NH. Ducharme has served on the ARDA Board of Directors since 2003, and is currently an ARDA Trustee. He serves as Chairman of the American Resort Development Association/New England (ARDA/NE), as well as on its Conference Committee. Locally, he is on the Board of Directors of the North County Center for the Arts and the Cape Cod YMCA.

Mary Rogan
Vice President of Marketing
Following a series of jobs managing retail and restaurants Mary joined her brother’s, then new, company CMS helping to sell tours for two Cape Cod properties. Over the following 16 years, CMS grew to become a leader in the industry.   Integral to that success was Mary’s direction of the staffing and training in multiple locations as well as the smooth orchestration of lead follow through to tour production. Today, at InnSeason Resorts, Mary oversees a staff of over 100 employees at 4 technologically efficient Call Centers, providing tours to the 4 current InnSeason Sales Centers.

Chip Rogan
Vice President of Sales
Chip started with Curran Management Services in 1994 as a part-time telemarketer during his high school years. After graduating cum laude in 2000 from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, he joined the company full-time and immediately took over the management of a 350-person telemarketing center. He relocated to InnSeason Resorts’ Pembroke office as General Manager, working first as brand standards manager and then in 2005 creating the Vacation Experience Tours. As Vice President of Sales, he is in charge of implementing sales strategies and processes throughout company’s several Northeast sales centers.

Cathy Leyden
Chief Financial Officer
Cathy joined the company in September of 2008 as the Budget and Business Analyst, and has served as Director of Accounting and Finance, and was named Vice President of Finance in 2013. As CFO she oversees risk management, compliance, cash flow, forecasts and analysis, as well as capital procurement for both InnSeason Resorts and RiverWalk Grand Resort at Loon Mountain.

After Cathy earned a BA in Psychology at San Diego State University and an MBA in Accounting as a fellow at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management in Boston, she became a CPA. While in public accounting, she worked in taxation and auditing before moving on to the Corporate Accounting sector. Originally from Los Angeles, Cathy, her musician husband, Jack and their daughter Maya, now call Cape Cod home.
