A sales and marketing executive for 25 years, Billy was the founder of Curran Management
Services (CMS), a successful family business based on Cape Cod in Massachusetts
. Strong customer-oriented marketing and great enthusiasm have become his hallmarks.
Billy Curran has owned and operated a premier telemarketing business - with offices
in Massachusetts and New Hampshire - for the past 15 years. In addition, he has
developed three spectacular resorts in New England that together employ more than
350 people. Many of Billy’s brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews work in positions
throughout CMS and its affiliates. Since 1997 CMS’ marketing division has grown
to become the region’s top producing timeshare marketer, generating more than $370
million in timeshare sales for its resorts and others.

Dennis directs Southern Peaks Resorts, LLC, a real estate development and resort
management company headquartered in Lincoln, NH . He is a member of the Board of
Directors of The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and the New England
ARDA Executive Committee. His other professional affiliations include the Massachusetts
Office of Travel and Tourism, the New Hampshire Office of Travel and Tourism Development,
the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association, White Mountain Attractions,
New England Innkeepers' Association, SKI New Hampshire and North Country Center
for the Arts. |

CFO
Scott is a 25 year hospitality industry veteran with experience in resort development,
management and finance. Scott entered the timeshare industry with California ’s
Watt Industries in 1984. He has served as president of Tricom Realty Services and
was Interval International’s Region Manager for the northeast U.S. and eastern Canada.
He is a past chairman of ARDA’s International Timeshare Foundation’s think tank
series and was a member of the ARDA California State Legislative Committee. He now
serves on the New England ARDA Executive Committee. Scott is a real estate broker
in California , Nevada , Florida and Massachusetts . In May of 2000 he earned an
MBA in International Business.

Vice President of Operations
Furrer joined the company in March of 2002 as a management consultant and later
assumed the position of Director of Corporate Operations. In addition to his responsibilities
for business process design and development, Furrer has responsibility for all resort
operations and the enforcement of brand standards. While still in college, Steve
established East Coast Hospitality Travel & Transportation Company, which he
later sold. Prior to joining InnSeason Resorts , he assisted companies in defining
and implementing their strategic objectives through his consulting firm, Interactive
Management Consulting.

Vice President of Resort Services
A 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Carney’s experience includes resort
operations, sales, rentals and marketing with some of the timeshare industry’s giants,
including Vacation Resorts International (VRI), Sunterra Resorts and Fairfield Resorts.
Most recently, Carney served as Vice President of Marketing, Resort Management for
Fairfield Resorts in Orlando . Carney is responsible with overseeing management
of the InnSeason Vacation Club as well as the InnSeason Resorts Explorer program
and Central Reservations, which include owner services, rental inventory and marketing.

Vice President of Marketing
Following a series of jobs managing retail and restaurants Mary joined her brother’s,
then new, company CMS helping to sell tours for two Cape Cod properties. Over the
following 16 years, CMS grew to become a leader in the industry. Integral
to that success was Mary’s direction of the staffing and training in multiple locations
as well as the smooth orchestration of lead follow through to tour production. Today,
at InnSeason Resorts, Mary oversees a staff of over 100 employees at 4 technologically
efficient Call Centers, providing tours to the 4 current InnSeason Sales Centers.

Financial Advisor
Linda has held senior management positions in commercial and investment banking
for over 20 years in New York and Boston. At Credit Suisse New York, Linda managed
a group that structured and syndicated large senior debt transactions. For State
Street Corp., Linda was the Senior Manager of Large Corporate Banking. She has also
served as Treasurer of a publicly traded $900 million manufacturing company and
more recently, worked with a large regional bank, assisting in its efforts to build
a credible lending business in New England.
As a strategic advisor, Linda is involved with complex transactions including mergers,
divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and complex debt and equity structuring.
Additionally, she helps businesses improve their operating efficiencies, or modify
their capital structures through the use of debt or equity. She also acts as a facilitator,
in areas of raising capital, negotiating with institutional lenders or investors,
and selecting other service providers.
