No one is excluded from attending a preview of of InnSeason Vacation Club or purchasing a club membership. We invite all inquiries. However, guests participating in this promotion must meet the following eligibility requirements. Guests that misrepresent their eligibility requirements and participate in this promotion will be charged rack rate ($129 - $189 per night) for their stay plus the cost ($60, if applicable) of gifts. Eligibility -- Participants must have an annual household income of $60,000 be at least 25 years of age, a U.S. Citizen, able to read and write English. If married, cohabiting, or single and bringing a companion, it is required that both persons attend the presentation together. Employees, family members, persons affiliated with and owners of The InnSeason Vacation Club or InnSeason Vacation Network and/or guests who have previewed with InnSeason Resorts within 6 months are not eligible. Presentation --To qualify for this offer you will be required to attend a presentation on the benefits of The InnSeason Vacation Club, lasting approximately 90-120 minutes. The sales presentation will be in English. Failure to attend the presentation will result in your being charged rack rate ($129 - $189 per night) for their stay plus the cost ($60, if applicable) of gifts. Accommodations are a 1 bedroom suite and are on a space available basis. Alternate accommodations of comparable value may be substituted when necessary. Fee based upgrade required for: school vacation weeks, holiday weekends. Saturday check-in is not permitted. If available, extra room nights and travel during blackout periods can be purchased at a 25% discount off the regular rate.

Cancellation
Do not purchase airfare or reserve a rental car until your reservation is confirmed. You may cancel this advance purchase vacation without any penalty or obligation within 30-days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be processed 30 days after purchase. This offer is non-transferable. After scheduling room reservations, you will receive a confirmation by email and mail. Once your reservation is confirmed, it can be rescheduled on or before 30-days of your arrival and only with advance written notice. Reschedule requests within 30 days of arrival date will not be accepted. Reservations may only be rescheduled one-time on or before 30-days of your arrival. A $50.00 room recovery fee will be charged to your credit card for all reschedules. Failure to show for a confirmed reservation will result in your being charged rack rate ($129- $189 per night) for stay. Your reservation confirmation (not copies) is to be presented at check in along with a picture ID and Major Credit Card. Debit/Bank Cards will not be accepted at check-in. Verified retail value of accommodations ranges from $129.00 to $189.00 per night plus tax.

Other accommodations available for this package are standard hotel room (for up to two adults and two children), studios, 1 bedroom suites, and 2 bedroom suites and are subject to availability. While we try to accommodate all customer requests, room amenities (full kitchen, Jacuzzi, etc.), room types, floor requests and other similar needs cannot be guaranteed in advance. Blackout dates are major holiday weekends and school vacation weeks. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive a written confirmation. All InnSeason Resorts properties are Non-Smoking properties. Pets are not allowed.
