Now that the Vacation Club is reaching its 4^th anniversary it is now time to form the first Board of Directors. This Board, comprised of individual members, plus some developer representatives will be the guiding force of the Club. The first board is appointed by the Developer and subsequent members are elected. We are currently looking for a few candidates to fill the original spots on the Board. Candidates should be comfortable reviewing budget and operational items such as policies and annual fee structures. The board will meet quarterly to review Club financials and operations. This board will help guide management with the creation of policies and programs for all members.
