We have always valued owner and guest comments and used them as customer satisfaction metrics and resort maintenance and improvement barometers. So we wanted to improve the actual survey and the methodology used to collect the data. Now you will find individual resort surveys at each InnSeason Resort. They can be filled out at any time during your stay or conveniently mailed (at no charge) from your home. Or, for the “green guest” or computer savvy you can now take the survey online. You will be sent an email at home and directed to our survey site. We appreciate and value your opinions. Your comments create “to do” lists for each property …so keep them coming.
